Move/Remove Blocks Optimisation & Rendering Debug

Buff changes and rebuild qTree only one time per frame instead of updating block states one by one.
It avoid gravity blocks flickering when they are falling at the same time and useless expansive CPU operations
Also we set the stickman's frame to an IDLE frame after having run an animation instead of stopping on the current frame
Stickman's hitbox have been revised, frames are now aligned with the AABB by shifting down vertices at rendering
